人事労務領域
※人事制度の設計は組織開発部が担当のため、本ポジションは運用・管理が中心となります
▮C&B（報酬・福利厚生）業務の管理・運用
給与・賞与・福利厚生に関する管理／現地スタッフが行う実務の確認および承認
▮人事制度（報酬制度／等級制度／評価制度）の運用
組織開発部門と連携し制度運用を現地で実行／現場への制度説明、運用上の課題フィードバック
▮労務管理全般統括
規定運用、労務トラブル対応の一次窓口
採用・教育領域
※採用・教育の実務はハノイの採用・教育課が担当します
▮採用・教育課との連携・サポート業務
工場側ニーズの共有／採用後の受入れ・定着フォロー
▮日本人従業員・管理職との調整業務
総務領域
※HSE領域はハノイ工場HSE部が担当します
▮構内業者管理
警備、清掃業者などの管理・契約対応／採用後の受入
▮社有車運行管理
▮出張手配、他拠点または日本からの出張受入対応
スケジュール管理／航空券・ホテル手配／配車
▮工場来客対応
【条件】
▮必須条件
・学歴：4年制大学卒業以上
・3年以上の管理部門（人事・総務両方）のマネジメント経験
・海外（特にアジア）での勤務経験、または多国籍環境での業務経験
・現地スタッフと円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力
・自走力があり、現場判断ができる方
▮歓迎条件
・製造業・工場での管理部門経験
・ベトナムでの就業経験
・英語またはベトナム語での業務対応経験
