PR/160286 | Supply Chain Executive - Skincare & Cosmetics Company (Hybrid Work)

A well-known Skincare and Cosmetics multinational company is looking for a Supply Chain Executive/Senior to join their team at Petaling Jaya. They practise hybrid working arrangements and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Demand and Supply Planning to ensure customer demand is met and lead time is minimized, supporting high order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

• Support brand teams by providing visibility on supply risks and opportunities throughout the monthly business planning cycle.

• Maintain strong communication with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless cross-functional planning.

• Conduct analysis of historical sales trends, stock on hand, and promotional impact.

• Develop and monitor key forecasting metrics, using data analysis to identify sources of forecast error and implementing corrective action plans.

• Manage product phase-in/phase-out processes to minimize obsolete and slow-moving stock.

• Handle stock-related issues including slow movers, out-of-stock prevention, new product launch readiness, promotion tracking, and necessary cross-functional meetings.

• Manage supply planning parameters, proposing replenishment quantities and schedules to ensure optimal stock levels and service performance.

• Oversee product master data accuracy and track ETD/ETA of all orders to improve planning reliability and supply chain visibility.

• Identify, assess, and resolve logistical challenges, driving cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty or personal care industry.

• Well versed in legal and customs, insurance and logistics services related to importing activities

• Have experience handling (3PL) external warehouse partner and e-retailers enabler (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)

• Experience with ERP programs (enterprise level preferred).                                                

• Logical thinker, proactive executor and mature mindset.
