Job Description
本ポジションは、お客様の開発スケジュールの維持・加速化を支援する技術的なニーズに対応し、顧客との信頼を築き、信頼できるテクニカルパートナーを目指します。
- 電話、メール、Web経由のテクニカルサポートリクエストに対応し、すべてのお客様の技術的な問題を解決する。
- 技術的な問題を適切なサポートグループに引き渡す。
- 適切なデータ整合性を確保するため、アプリケーション内で顧客データレコードを作成・管理する。
- セルフサービスによる解決を可能にするために、ナレッジを収集・文書化する。ナレッジベースの記事を作成・編集することで、お客様がセルフサービスで問題を解決できるようにする。
【応募要件】
- IT、電子工学、自動車、製造サポートなど、工学または科学関連分野で学士号を取得していること。または、テクニカルサポート職での1年以上の実務経験を持っている方。
- 中級以上の日本語と英語の口頭および筆記スキルのある方
