Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB/Month + Attractive benefits
Location: Minburi and Lat Krabang
Job Description:
Implement development and succession initiatives to maintain a strong pipeline of talent that can meet both current and future organizational demands.
Design and execute learning and development programs for identified high‑potential employees.
Coordinate evaluation or assessment activities, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication with all involved parties.
Support and facilitate various organizational enhancement projects—such as culture initiatives, leadership development, process improvements, and structural optimization.
Oversee data handling and reporting tasks related to people development activities.
Serve as an internal facilitator by creating and conducting training sessions and related engagement activities.
Carry out additional development‑related tasks or special assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in human resources, people development, organizational development, or similar areas.
Strong planning, multitasking, and time‑management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with strong self‑drive.
Ability to independently manage significant assignments or key responsibilities.
Good proficiency in English (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent).
