Responsibilities:
· Operate and supervise restaurant stores in Indonesia, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Manage and lead restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and building a positive work environment.
· Oversee inventory and purchasing, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient cost control.
· Plan and manage sales and costs, monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational performance.
· Communicate with customers, including addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
· Ensure sanitation and hygiene compliance, according to company standards and health regulations.
· Support company establishment activities, including documentation and administrative coordination.
· Train Indonesian staff based on operational standards and Japanese service expectations.
· Provide interpretation and translation support between Japanese and Indonesian/English when required.
Requirement:
· Able to communicate in Japanese, both verbal and written (minimum JLPT N3 equivalent).
· Bachelor’s degree in any major.
· Experience in the retail industry, especially F&B retail, is highly preferred.
· Willing to handle full-cycle restaurant operations, including frontline service and kitchen operations.
· Having experience in a leadership role with proven experience managing a team.
· Willing to participate in a 3‑month training program in Japan to learn operational standards, customer service, and store management procedures.
