Job Description
営業チームをサポートするため、販売レポートの作成、書類管理、顧客情報の更新などの事務業務を担当
仕入先、業者、顧客との連絡・調整を行い、商品の円滑な納品をサポート
顧客からの問い合わせや依頼に対応し、質の高いカスタマーサービスを提供
商品のプロモーションを目的としたマーケティング活動に参加
物流チームや経理チームと連携し、社内オペレーションの最適化を支援
商品知識を維持し、業界動向を把握
営業チームの目標達成に向けたサポートおよび営業マネージャーやチームリーダーからの業務を遂行
Qualifications
英語・日本語での読み書きおよび会話が可能であること
セールスサポート、カスタマーサービス、アカウント関連業務の経験があれば尚可
チームワークを大切にし、コミュニケーション能力が高い方
細部に注意を払い、自主的に行動できる方
