本ポジションでは、**ネットワーク設計（HLD/LLD）**からハードウェア構築、移行計画、テスト、運用引き継ぎまで、エンドツーエンドでプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

CiscoやAristaなどの最新ネットワーク環境に携わりながら、東京で高年収を実現できる希少な派遣案件です。

• HLD（ハイレベル設計）/LLD（ローレベル設計）、トポロジー図・ラック構成資料の作成
• Cisco/Arista環境におけるルーター、スイッチ、VLAN、セキュリティポリシーの設定・導入
• ネットワーク移行およびカットオーバーを含む段階的な展開計画の策定と実行
• 接続性、パフォーマンス、セキュリティの検証テストを実施し、安定稼働を保証
• Wiresharkや監視ツールを活用した高度なトラブルシューティング
• As-built（完成図書）ドキュメントの作成および運用チームへの引き継ぎ対応
• ナレッジトランスファーの実施および運用チームの支援

A leading global financial services and insurance company is seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead mission-critical network deployment projects in Tokyo.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of complex infrastructure initiatives, from high-level network design (HLD/LLD) through hardware implementation, migration planning, testing, and operational handover. You will work in a structured enterprise environment using industry-leading technologies such as Cisco, Arista, SD-WAN, and enterprise monitoring tools.

• Create detailed network design documentation including HLD, LLD, topology diagrams, and rack documentation
• Lead hands-on configuration and installation of routers, switches, VLANs, and security policies across Cisco and Arista environments
• Execute structured network rollout plans including cutover procedures and complex network migrations
• Conduct connectivity, performance, and security testing to ensure stable post-deployment operations
• Troubleshoot advanced network issues using packet capture tools such as Wireshark and enterprise monitoring systems
• Produce final "as-built" documentation and ensure complete handover to long-term operations teams
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and ensure operational readiness after deployment completion

必須条件経験・資格：

• 大規模環境でのネットワークエンジニアリング経験10年以上
• Cisco/Arista CLIを用いたルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール構築経験
• TCP/IP、BGP、OSPFなどのネットワークプロトコルに関する深い知識
• SD-WAN、配線基準、ラック管理などのインフラ知識
• Wiresharkを含むパケット解析やネットワーク監視ツールの使用経験

• 運用チームへの引き継ぎにおける教育・指導・サポート能力
• ドキュメント作成や移行計画における高い正確性と注意力
• ServiceNowなどのITSM/チケット管理システムを活用し、他チームと効果的に協業できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会議対応）

• CCNPまたはCCIE資格保有者歓迎

• 設計（HLD/LLD）から構築、移行、引き継ぎまで一貫して担当できる
• Cisco / Arista / SD-WANなど最新技術スタックに触れられる
• マイグレーションやカットオーバー、成果物などの定義が明確
• CCIEレベルの技術力が求められる高度な環境でキャリアアップ可能

• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Cisco and Arista CLI configuration, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Deep knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• Experience with SD-WAN infrastructure, cabling standards, and rack management practices
• Proven ability using monitoring tools and packet analysis methods (Wireshark)

• Strong ability to train, mentor, and support operations teams during project handovers
• High attention to detail in documentation, migration planning, and structured execution
• Strong collaboration skills working across cross-functional technical teams
• Comfortable working in environments using ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business Level (Intermediate to Business)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• CCNP or CCIE certification (highly preferred)
