• Reactを用いたレスポンシブUIコンポーネントの設計・開発（Next.js経験があれば尚可）
• Redux（Redux Toolkit尚可）を用いたアプリケーションの状態管理
• バックエンドエンジニア、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャーとの協業による機能実装
• Gitを用いたバージョン管理およびCI/CDパイプラインを活用した品質管理
• パフォーマンス、アクセシビリティ、マルチブラウザ対応を考慮した最適化

A leading mobile and telecommunications provider in Japan is seeking a Haken Front-end Engineer to support the development of high-performance, scalable web applications. This role focuses on building seamless user experiences using modern front-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization, scalability, and code quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

• Develop and deliver responsive user interface components using React, with exposure to Next.js as a plus
• Manage application state efficiently using Redux, preferably with Redux Toolkit
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to implement features smoothly
• Maintain high code quality through Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

必須条件 経験・資格：

• JavaScriptまたはTypeScriptのスキル
• Reactを用いたフロントエンド開発の実務知識・経験（Next.jsがわかる方歓迎）
• Reduxを用いた状態管理の基本的な理解・経験（Redux Toolkit使用経験があれば尚可）
• Gitを用いたチーム開発の経験

• シニアエンジニアからのフィードバックに耳を傾け、よりよい開発やキャリア成長につなげる姿勢

• 日本語：日常会話レベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• JenkinsなどのCI/CDツールの使用経験
• AWSやGCPなどクラウド環境の基礎知識
• モダンなビルドツールやデプロイ手法の知識

• Strong experience in JavaScript or TypeScript development
• Hands-on experience building applications with React
• Practical knowledge of Redux for state management
• Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Willingness to listen, learn, and adapt based on feedback from senior engineers

• Japanese: Conversational level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Working knowledge of Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
• Basic understanding of cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
• Awareness of modern build tools and application deployment practices
