グローバルHR戦略（Global HR Strategy）
- 各国HRとの連携によるグローバルHR戦略・実行計画の策定・推進
- グローバルタレントマネジメント／C&B／L&D の制度企画・導入
- コアバリュー浸透、エンゲージメント、DEI関連イニシアチブの推進
- タレントレビュー、国際会議の企画・運営、ベストプラクティス共有
タレントマネジメント（Talent Management）
- 次世代リーダー選抜・育成、サクセッションプランの運用
- グローバル共通ツール導入およびプロセス最適化
- リーダーシップコンピテンシー策定と育成プログラムの企画・実施
- 海外HRとの協働によるグローバル育成施策の推進
