職務内容
- 社内ユーザー向けITサポート（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク）
- インフラ運用およびトラブルシューティング対応
- グローバルITチームと連携した課題解決・エスカレーション対応
- 社内イベントや会議におけるIT / AV機器サポート
- PC・モバイル端末などIT資産の管理およびライフサイクル管理
- 外部ベンダーとの調整およびIT関連サービス管理
