職務内容
- 市場の給与水準や報酬データを定期的に収集・分析し、経営陣の意思決定に必要な情報を提供
- 社員のパフォーマンス評価制度の運用および評価レポートの作成・報告
- 採用チャネルの開拓・評価、採用面接の実施および候補者の能力評価
- 社員の研修ニーズの把握、研修プログラムの企画・実施および研修機関の選定
- 入社手続き、昇進・異動、契約更新、退職などの人事関連業務の管理
- 雇用契約書および社員関連書類の管理
- その他、人事関連業務および上長からの指示業務
応募資格
- 人事、心理学、経営学、または関連分野の 学士号以上
- 人事業務の実務経験5年以上
- 日本の労働法および関連法規に関する知識を有する方
- 中国語・英語・日本語で業務コミュニケーションが可能な方
- PE / VC業界での勤務経験がある方は歓迎
歓迎条件（Preferred）
- グローバル企業または外資系企業での人事経験
- 採用・人材開発・評価制度運用の経験
- 組織づくりや人事制度構築の経験
