• APACに展開する複数のエンティティの月次・年次決算、財務報告書の作成・分析
• 外部監査対応

A leading institutional-focused electronic trading firm is seeking a senior Head of Finance to oversee financial reporting, audit coordination, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple APAC legal entities. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to strengthen governance, enhance financial controls, and partner closely with regional and global teams in a highly regulated, fast-evolving investment banking and digital asset environment.

• Prepare internal financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate monthly and annual close across multiple APAC entities.
• Coordinate annual external audits, acting as the primary contact for auditors and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across regional and global processes.
• Partner with technical accounting teams to implement new standards and ensure consistent application of IFRS and local Japanese GAAP.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational effectiveness.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives by providing strategic financial insights.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 財務会計、またはフィナンシャルコントロールの実務経験5〜7年程度
• 監査対応（コーディネーション）経験
• 業務変革プロジェクトに関わった経験
• 外資系企業や、複数の海外エンティティを担当した経験
• 財務諸表作成、法定報告、コンプライアンス対応の専門知識

• 自ら改善提案を行い、実行していくオーナーシップ意識・主体性
• 細部まで見逃さない注意力
• 経営陣や関連部署、監査法人等と信頼関係を築けるコミュニケ―ション能力

• 日本語: 流暢
• 英語: 流暢（グローバル連携に必須）

• IFRSおよび日本基準（JGAAP）の専門知識
• 公認会計士やUSCPA、ACCAなどの会計士資格
• 財務諸表の作成開示経験
• 高度なExcelスキル
• 規制対応・リスク管理・監査マネジメント経験

• 5-7 years of experience in financial control or accounting, including audit coordination and transformation projects.
• Experience working in multinational or multi-entity environments, preferably within financial services or investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory requirements, and compliance-driven operations.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial statement preparation experience.

• Proactive and highly detail-oriented approach to financial governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across business and finance teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive improvements independently.

• Deep knowledge of IFRS and Japanese GAAP.
• Experience supporting finance functions within electronic trading, digital assets, or institutional investment platforms.
• Strong audit management and regulatory compliance exposure.
