Job Description
【概要】
ベトナムにある日系企業のオフィスをメインに内装設計をしている会社で意匠設計ポジションとして従事いただきます。
【業務内容】
・意匠基本設計・実施設計図の作成：平面図、立面図、断面図、展開図等の作成および修正（AutoCAD）
・日本の建築基準法や各自治体の条例に適合した図面検討
・3Dパースの作成（Lumion, Enscape等）や、コンペ用資料、提案資料の作成
・プロジェクト管理・コミュニケーション：日本のクライアントとのオンラインミーティング（進捗報告、技術的協議）
・ベトナム人スタッフへの技術指導やクオリティチェック（※日本人候補者の場合）
