ラグジュアリー自動車ブランドの輸入・販売を行う企業にて、FP&Aチームの一員として財務計画や分析業務をサポートしていただきます。
FP&Aマネージャーのもとで、予算策定や財務分析を通じてビジネス意思決定を支える役割を担います。

経理経験を活かしながら、FP&A分野での専門性を高めたい方に最適なポジションです。

主な業務内容

・予算および財務予測の作成サポート
・コスト管理および財務モニタリングのサポート
・予算差異分析およびマネジメントレポート作成補助
・FP&Aマネージャーと連携した財務分析・計画業務
・各種財務レポートやFP&A関連業務のサポート

Gain hands-on FP&A experience within a finance team supporting a luxury automotive business.

Overview

This role will join the FP&A team of a company operating in the luxury automotive sector.
Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will support financial planning activities and provide analytical insights that support business decision-making.

This position is ideal for professionals with an accounting background who are eager to develop their career in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Assist with cost control and financial monitoring
• Perform variance analysis and support management reporting
• Work closely with the FP&A Manager on financial analysis and planning activities
• Assist with financial reporting and other FP&A-related tasks as required

応募資格

・経理経験2年以上（AP / ARなどの経験可）
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・基本的な英語力（主にメール対応レベル）
・数字を扱う分析業務に興味がある方
・細部まで丁寧に業務を進められる方
・チームと連携しながら主体的に業務を進められる方

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (AP / AR experience acceptable)
• Native-level Japanese language ability
• Basic English skills, mainly for email communication
• Strong interest in financial analysis and planning
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in transitioning from accounting to FP&A
• Experience or interest in financial or business analysis
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Interest in working within an international or global business environment
