Generative AI / Product Data Analyst

Description

• Develop analysis plans in collaboration with product management to quantitatively identify customer issues
• Define KPIs for product success and design/build dashboards and other visualization tools
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and propose product strategies
• Clearly explain complex analysis results to diverse stakeholders
• Optimize product features through experimental design and evaluation, including A/B testing
• Build and operate analytics infrastructure, including BI tools and data pipelines
• Support team growth through member development and management as the team expands

• 5+ years of hands‑on data analytics experience (especially in product analytics)
• Advanced English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with PMs and engineers and translate business issues into analytical tasks
• Extensive experience with data extraction and aggregation using SQL
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or DOMO
• Proven track record of turning analytical insights into business impact
• Leadership experience or strong motivation for team development
