• Handle customer inquiries regarding courier and air cargo shipments

• Monitor shipment status and coordinate issue resolution

• Communicate with clients via email and phone

• Manage delays, damages, customs issues, and provide initial support

• Data entry, shipment tracking, and reporting

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations
