Job Description
Our client, well established company, looking for experience candidates
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To Conduct fit-out meeting with tenants, contractors and familiarize them with site conditions, Mall regulations and authority requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments (Leasing, Marketing, Operations & Security) regarding prospect tenants, Date of handover and opening, tenant needs and special request during fit-out period and moving out tenant
- To conduct proper handovers of premises to new tenants, opening and vacant possession from out-going tenants.
To review architectural drawing/ M & E drawings and ID concept design submissions and highlights any
concerns or issues & propose any best practices.
- To guide and improve on retails shop design and concept to suits with Mall concept
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Architecture
- Min 7 years in handling Mall Projects
