※ロッテルダム拠点配属の場合でも、業務習得のため当初はアムステルダム拠点にて勤務いただく予定です。
■ 業務内容
本ポジションでは、航空貨物オペレーション業務を中心に、ロッテルダム拠点におけるContract Logistics（CL）顧客対応業務にも携わっていただきます。
①航空貨物（Air Cargo）オペレーション業務
主に航空貨物輸出業務をご担当いただきます。
・航空貨物輸出案件のオペレーション業務
・航空会社、フォワーダー、通関業者等との調整
・出荷スケジュールの管理
・顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・輸入担当者不在時の輸入業務サポート
② Contract Logistics（CL）顧客窓口業務
ロッテルダム拠点におけるCL顧客の窓口として、オペレーション調整および顧客対応を担当していただきます。
・CL顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・出荷および入庫オペレーションに関する社内調整
・倉庫オペレーションチームとの連携
・顧客との各種調整およびコミュニケーション対応

必須条件
・日本語流暢
・フォワーディング業界における航空輸出業務経験
・英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能な方
歓迎条件
・顧客対応業務の経験
・海外勤務経験
■ 雇用条件
年収：€40,000 ～ €44,000
※13ヶ月給与
※Holiday Allowance込み
勤務形態：週5日オフィス出社
