- インドネシア人営業スタッフのKPI管理および定性的な営業指導
- 日系顧客のフォローアップ（新規・既存）
- 市場・顧客ニーズの把握と営業戦略への反映
- 社内関連部門との調整による製品供給の円滑化
- 既存取引の維持・拡大に向けた関係構築
- インドネシア語での業務遂行が可能な方
- 営業活動に必要なコミュニケーション能力
- 現地スタッフとの協働や育成に前向きに取り組める方
- 日系顧客との関係構築に強みを発揮できる方
- 給与：IDR 40,000,000 ～ 60,000,000（税込、経験に応じて応相談）
- 賞与：THR 1か月
- ビザ会社負担
- BPJS、海外旅行保険加入
- 住宅手当：応相談
- 社用車・ドライバー支給
