Their global operations include dedicated sales, technical support, service centers, and R&D teams, ensuring comprehensive end‑to‑end support and seamless delivery of advanced scientific technologies across markets.

Your New Role

• Own the global outsourced Finance Shared Services model across GL, AR, and AP.

• Act as the main accountability point for BPO service delivery, governance, and performance.

• Lead and develop the Global AP/AR Manager and ensure alignment with regional finance teams.

• Oversee global AR operations delivered by BPO centers and ensure consistent service levels.

• Drive AR performance across invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit management.

• Partner with regional finance and customer-facing teams to resolve AR issues and support cash flow.

• Provide strategic oversight of global AP operations managed by the BPO.

• Drive AP standardization and automation, including deployment of tools.

• Maintain consistent AP policies, controls, and service delivery across regions.

• Manage relationships with Infosys and other BPO providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.

• Monitor vendor performance and lead corrective actions for service issues.

• Lead transitions of R2R, AR, and AP activities to the BPO, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.

• Identify and drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Oversee implementation of BPO tools and ensure integration with ERP and finance systems.

• Act as the primary liaison between BPO partners and internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, and operations.

• Collaborate with regional accounting teams and Country Controllers globally.

• Maintain strong communication and alignment between BPO vendors and internal teams.

• Make timely, data-driven decisions to optimize global finance operations with strong governance and compliance.

Key Qualifications for Success

• 8–12 years’ experience in Finance Shared Services with strong global BPO governance background.

• Senior Manager/Director-level exposure; proven leadership in multinational environments.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.

• Strong experience managing major BPO vendors.

• Solid expertise in accounting close, AR operations, and working knowledge of AP.

• Experience leading outsourced shared services, transitions, and process improvement.

• Good understanding of finance automation and ERP‑linked AR/AP tools.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and senior levels.

• Responsible for global GL/AR/AP service delivery through BPO teams.

• Lead AP/AR oversight, ensuring service quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Partner with global teams to drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, governance, and escalations.

• Act as the key link between BPO partners, Finance, IT, and business teams.

• Proficiency in an additional language would be advantageous.
