• ステークホルダーへのヒアリングを通じた要件定義・課題整理
• 新技術・最新テクノロジーの調査およびビジネス影響の評価
• 経営判断を支えるビジネスケース作成
• 複数ソースにまたがる大規模なデータや関連レポートの統合管理
• 全社横断の業務プロセス改善施策の推進
• 経営会議・ワークショップのファシリテーション
• 各部門のペインポイント特定と解決策の提案
• OKR（Objectives and Key Results）の運用など、戦略的イニシアチブ支援

Join the IT Strategy Department within a global technology organization, working directly in the CIO Office at the center of enterprise-wide decision-making. As a Strategic IT Business Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, supporting horizontal initiatives such as OKRs, executive governance, and strategic planning. Reporting closely to the CIO and CTO, this role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence organization-wide priorities in a dynamic, international environment.

• Conduct stakeholder requirement analysis to clarify business and technology needs
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their business impact
• Prepare business cases and support strategic decision-making
• Manage and consolidate large-scale data and reports from multiple sources
• Drive process improvement initiatives across departments
• Facilitate executive meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions
• Identify stakeholder pain points and propose practical solutions
• Support OKR management and cross-functional strategic initiatives

必須条件経験・資格：

• コンサル、ビジネスアナリスト、または技術系職種での実務経験4年以上
• 外資系企業+日系企業での業務経験
• 学士号（専攻不問、情報系歓迎）
• データ分析、業務改善、戦略立案に関わった経験

• 経営層（Cレベル）と円滑にコミュニケーションできる対人スキル
• アドホック業務を臨機応変にこなす自主性、自律性
• 会議やワークショップをリードできるプレゼン・ファシリテーション力
• 分析と実務を両立できるバランス感覚

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC800点目安）

• プロジェクト管理やOKR運用の経験
• QCC、Six Sigmaなどの改善フレームワーク知識
• Domo、TableauなどのBIツール利用経験

• CIOやCTOといった幹部と直接仕事をし、経営視点を身につけられる

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technical roles
• Experience working in both global and Japanese corporate environments
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Computer Science or related disciplines
• Hands-on exposure to data analysis, process improvement, or strategy-related projects

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
• Proactive mindset, able to handle ad-hoc tasks independently
• Confident public speaking and facilitation skills for meetings and workshops
• Balanced approach combining analytical thinking with reliable execution

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)

• Experience in project management or OKR management frameworks
• Familiarity with optimization methodologies such as QCC or Six Sigma
• Experience using BI tools such as Domo or Tableau

• Direct exposure to and mentorship from C-level executives including the CIO and CTO
