【職 種】セールスエンジニア
【業務内容】
・顧客要望のヒアリング・調査（ラック数、電源容量、回線、冗長性、サービス要望 等）
・データセンター仕様の説明（電源・空調・セキュリティ・運用ルール）
・導入に向けた技術調整（設置条件、工事内容、作業手順）
・社内関係部門との調整（DCオペレーター、工事業者 等）
・構内配線敷設（通信ケーブルの接続・撤去）
・導入・運用開始支援（オンボーディング、運用説明）
・運用中の技術問い合わせ対応（構成変更、増設、障害時の技術説明）
・ドキュメント作成（日本語・英語）
【就業時間】9:00～17:30 / 原則土日祝休み（客先都合により夜間など就業時間変更や土日祝出勤の可能性有）
＊OJT期間(約1か月)を終え次第、テレワーク可（週に1度程度/事前申請あり）2026/4/1勤務開始
【時 給】1,600円 ～ ＊ご経験やスキルにより決定 （昇給制度あり）、別途交通費支給

・年齢、性別、国籍不問
・PCスキル（Windows OS、Excel、Word、PowerPointの基礎レベル以上）
・英語スキル：ビジネスレベル以上（TOEIC L&R 650点以上 / Speaking 130点以上）
・日本語スキル：JLPT N2レベル以上（対面、メールでのコミュニケーションに支障がないレベル）
