As a key member of our rapidly growing AI infrastructure startup, you will bridge the communication gap between our diverse internal teams and global partners. You will primarily handle interpretation for online meetings and translation of email communications, ensuring that our cutting-edge technical development aligns perfectly with our management and strategic goals.

With partners in the U.S. and a growing number of English-speaking developers in-house, your role is vital in maintaining seamless collaboration across borders and languages.

Key Responsibilities

・Interpretation: Facilitate real-time communication in internal technical meetings and external business syncs with global partners (U.S., South Korea, etc.).

・Translation: Translate emails, technical documentation, and internal reports between Japanese and English.

・Bridge Management: Support smooth communication between English-speaking engineering teams and Japanese-speaking management/administration departments.

Requirements

・Professional Experience: Proven experience in translation and interpretation (English/Japanese).

OR

・Industry Knowledge: Candidates without formal interpretation experience will be considered if they possess strong IT industry knowledge and high confidence in their linguistic abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

・Experience in or fundamental knowledge of software development processes.

Note: Technical terminology can be learned on the job; a proactive learning mindset is highly valued.
