職務内容

  • 社内給与計算の担当として、人事システムを使った勤怠管理および給与計算
  • 入退職および各種休業/休職に伴う社会保険手続き業務
  • 各種人事システムへのデータ登録およびメンテナンス
  • 年末調整業務、給与支払い報告書作成
  • 労務関連業務(各種証明書発行、有期雇用スタッフの契約管理、外国籍スタッフの在留資格管理、等)
  • 安全衛生関連業務(衛生委員会、定期健康診断、ストレスチェックの実施、等)
  • 各種レポートの作成(賃金台帳、36協定チェック、等)
  • 入退社に関する手続き
  • その他HR関連業務(社内イベントサポート、従業員からの問合せ対応、等) 

 

Job Description

  • Handle internal payroll operations, including attendance management and payroll calculation using HR systems
  • Manage social insurance procedures related to hiring, termination, and various types of leave
  • Register and maintain data in various HR systems
  • Perform year-end tax adjustment tasks and prepare payroll reports
  • Handle labor-related tasks (issuing various certificates, managing contracts for fixed-term employees, managing visa status for foreign employees, etc.)
  • Manage health and safety tasks (health committee, regular health checkups, stress checks, etc.)
  • Prepare various reports (wage ledger, compliance checks for labor agreements, etc.)
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Support other HR-related tasks (internal event support, responding to employee inquiries, etc.)

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Basic (Amount Used: English usage about 10%)
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level High-School
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

必須条件

  • 事業会社やシェアードサービス会社においての給与計算実務経験(2年以上)
  • 社会保険諸手続きの実務経験(2年以上)
  • Excelスキル(SUM/IFS/XLOOKUP/DATEDIFなどの関数やピボットテーブルなど)
  • 英語(簡単な読み書きが出来るレベル) 

尚可条件

  • 新しいIT技術に対してオープンな方
  • 第二種衛生管理者保持者

MUST

  • Practical experience in payroll operations at a business company or shared services company (2+ years)
  • Practical experience in social insurance procedures (2+ years)
  • Excel skills (functions such as SUM, IFS, XLOOKUP, DATEDIF, and pivot tables)
  • English ability (basic reading and writing)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Open to new IT technologies
  • Holder of Second-Class Health Supervisor certification
