- 新卒採用戦略の企画・立案・実行
- 採用チャネル活用（ナビ媒体、大学連携、SNS 等）の企画・運用
- 説明会・面接プロセスの設計・運営・合否判断支援
- 地域限定採用（長崎や大阪）における企画・運営、大学・専門学校との連携強化
- 将来的には入社後研修・若手育成領域にも関与の可能性あり
