Responsibilities
• Design and develop network solutions to support GCP migration in alignment with global standards; document and present solutions for global review.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide escalation support for critical operational services and project implementations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japan business teams, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure high-quality network services.
• Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure and IS departments to advance IT initiatives and support end users.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders, project sponsors, and vendor partners.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Identify and propose opportunities to enhance engagement between IT teams and business users.
• Work closely with global teams and key vendors to ensure compliance with global standards and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network services and operational processes.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in deploying and supporting routing and switching, wireless networking, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, DNS, and DHCP within largescale corporate environments.
• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions such as Juniper Mist or Cisco ACI.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructures such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience working in complex global and domestic network environments with 200+ sites.
• Relevant certifications such as CCSP, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent expertise.
Languages:
• Japanese level: Advanced (N1 Level)
• English level: Advanced
