Job Responsibilities

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

• Developing relationships within a designated Territory with local HCPs for a portfolio of pharmaceutical drugs and / or devices.

• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

• Responsible for the sales situation within the assigned area.

• Initiation, participation and support of congresses and trade fairs, also at weekends.

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Job Requirements

• Native level German and business level English proficiency.
• 2years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the rare disease or dermatology field.
