PR/123619 | Cost Accounting Supervisor

1. Cost Accounting & Production Control
•    Strong knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis).
•    Capable of calculating and analyzing:
o    Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
o    Bill of Material (BOM)
o    Work in Process (WIP)
o    Production overhead allocation
•    Experienced in performing variance analysis (material variance, labor variance, overhead variance).
•    Involved in setting standard cost and conducting periodic costing review & updates.
•    Good understanding of production cost structure and manufacturing processes.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Control
•    Strong knowledge of inventory control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
•    Experienced in:
o    Periodic and annual stock opname (physical stock count)
o    Inventory reconciliation
o    Slow-moving & obsolete stock analysis
•    Understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO / Moving Average).
•    Able to coordinate effectively with Warehouse, PPIC, and Production teams regarding inventory control.

3. Financial Reporting & Closing
•    Lead monthly and annual closing processes in a timely manner.
•    Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
•    Supervise General Ledger and account reconciliations.
•    Manage and support internal & external audit processes.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
