COMPANY OVERVIEW

A Financial organization providing a wide range of financial products and services, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, equity investments, and financial advisory services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provision of financial advisory (FA) services, such as supporting Japanese companies’ overseas investments in the ASEAN region

•  Transaction process / task flow: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire transaction process and demonstrate strong commitment throughout

• Material preparation: Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members

• Negotiation / coordination: Support communication among stakeholders involved in the M&A process, including legal and financial advisors and target company management, under senior members’ direction

• Transaction support: Provide appropriate support across the transaction process as instructed by senior team members

• Research and data extraction: Conduct research and data extraction for material preparation as instructed

• Coordination: Assist with coordination and communication among all parties involved in the M&A

   

Business Travel: Once a month to once every two months on average

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field

• Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications

• (Associate level) Approximately 2–3 years of practical experience in M&A advisory, M&A transactions, corporate investment, or corporate finance

• (Associate level) Basic knowledge of financial valuation and financial modeling 

Language Skills

• Required: Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Preferred: Good communication skills in Japanese
