Job Description
As a test team leader, you will be responsible for managing and promoting software verification projects.
・Drafting test plans and managing progress
・Instructing and reviewing members on the process from test design to test implementation ・Training
and following up on test team members
・Proposing process improvements to improve quality
・Analyzing defects and creating reports, providing feedback to the development team
・Managing the overall operation of tester work
Leading test verification projects focusing on development testing and open systems (Java, C#)
Manage test and validation projects for production-based applications
