具体的には、下記のような業務を行っています。
・事業全体の観点からのデータや社内情報の分析
・ビジネスにおける対処するべき課題の特定
・部署横断的なプロジェクトチームの編成、プロジェクトマネジメント
・COOをはじめとする各経営層に対する意思決定のサポート
・主に海外企業との連携などを中心とする新規プロジェクトの進行
