Bilingual Product Owner

A Global Life Insurance Japan is looking for a talented Product Owner, in the Business Application Platforms Solution Delivery team, to lead the execution of new product projects, which are the company's top strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities:
- Project management for insurance product initiatives based on OTOBOSOQ
- Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, meeting specified requirements, and with reliable quality
- Experience managing complex projects, including planning, implementation, governance, and especially risk management
- Manage, lead, and support communication among stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure service quality and efficiency for specific activities
- Demonstrate strong leadership across the company to create synergy and smooth communication with all teams

Working Hours:  9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) 
Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)

Required Skills:
- General understanding of insurance services in Japan
- Experience delivering IT applications from initiation to release
- Experience managing large strategic projects with top management stakeholders
- General IT knowledge and experience in medium to large enterprises (applications, infrastructure [network, server, middleware, workplace, cloud], service operations)
- Analytical Management capability and extensive knowledge of life insurance products
- Understanding of the automobile insurance business domain
