Overview
Lead and manage a QA team of 5+ members on large-scale projects
Define and execute overall test strategy and quality governance
Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness
Drive collaboration across product managers, engineers, and project managers
Improve QA processes, standards, and best practices across teams
Monitor quality metrics and proactively manage risks and issues
This role would suit someone who enjoys leading teams, shaping testing strategy, and driving measurable quality improvements across complex systems within a large-scale tech environment.

5+ years of QA experience in software development environments

Business-level English (no Japanese required)
Willingness to commute 4 days a week to office in Tokyo (mandatory)
