日本拠点を中心に、投資銀行部門の社内外イベントを企画・実行するポジションです。年間20件以上のイベントをエンドツーエンドで管理し、クライアントイベント、スポンサーイベント、社内エンゲージメント施策など幅広く担当。ROIや支出管理を含む戦略的イベント運営を担います。

職務内容
- カンファレンス、セミナー、顧客イベント、スポンサー施策の企画・戦略設計
- 会場・ベンダー選定、制作管理、コンテンツ開発、スピーカー／参加者管理
- ホスピタリティプログラム（スポンサー資産活用等）の管理
- イベント後の分析（ROI／費用対効果）および改善提案
- 年間20件以上のイベント統括管理
