Supply Operations Manager – AI Solutions Project | Global Technology Platform (Hybrid / Tokyo)

A global technology platform is expanding its AI Solutions operations and is seeking a driven Supply Operations Manager to support the growth of its AI talent network across East Asia.

This role will focus on building and scaling the supply of skilled professionals supporting next-generation AI initiatives. You will play a critical role in designing sourcing strategies, optimizing operational processes, and driving programs that enable AI solutions to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow talent networks supporting AI solutions projects

• Build and manage sourcing pipelines through multiple channels and platforms

• Lead operational programs from planning through execution and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to support AI operational initiatives

• Track performance metrics and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decisions

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

• Maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor operational performance

• Support expansion of AI operations across East Asia

Requirements

• Experience in operations, business operations, marketplace operations, or program management

• Proven ability to manage projects and operational initiatives

• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting AI, technology platforms, or data-driven operations
