本ポジションは、東京を拠点にアジア複数拠点のユーザーを支援する IT サポートアナリストです。現場対応とリモート支援を両立し、地域 IT オペレーションを支える重要な役割です。

職務内容
- 東京オフィスにおける一次・二次 IT サポートの提供（オンサイト対応）
- 香港・北京・上海などアジア拠点へのリモートサポート
- 出張による現地サポート（約25%）
- 地域内の複雑案件のエスカレーション対応
- チケット管理・記録・解決
- ノート PC・周辺機器・モバイル端末のセットアップ・保守
- ハードウェアインベントリ管理、貸出機器対応
- Intune 管理下でのモバイル端末サポー
