既存顧客との長期的なパートナーシップを構築し、顧客のビジネス課題解決およびITサービスの最適化を推進していただきます。
顧客のIT部門および経営層と密に連携し、提案、契約管理、プロジェクト推進まで一貫して担当するポジションです。
■主な業務内容
既存顧客のIT部門および経営層との関係構築・維持
ビジネス課題およびシステム課題のヒアリングと最適な提案
サービス利用状況の把握、定期棚卸、契約更新管理
見積、受発注、請求までの販売プロセス管理
提案から導入、運用保守までのプロジェクト推進
社内技術チームおよび関連部門との連携
Account Manager
Position Summary
This role is responsible for building long-term partnerships with existing clients while driving business problem-solving and IT service optimization.
You will work closely with client IT departments and executive stakeholders, managing the full lifecycle from solution proposal to contract management and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with client IT departments and executives
Identify business and system challenges and propose optimal solutions
Monitor service usage, conduct periodic reviews, and manage contract renewals
Manage the full sales process including quotation, order processing, and billing
Lead projects from proposal and implementation through operations and maintenance
Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or account management within the IT industry
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (data centers, servers, networks, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive and IT stakeholders
Conversational-level English communication skills

Experience working for an SIer
Experience in the financial industry
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Business-level English proficiency
