オフィスのITセットアップ、会議室設備、ネットワーク・機器等の準備
インターネット、電話、プリンターなどのベンダー管理
ハイブリッド勤務環境のサポート、デスク配置やオフィス設備の調整
オフィスに関する一次対応および問題解決
複数拠点（ロンドン／グラスゴー／リモート）のITインフラ・ネットワーク・デバイス管理
ハードウェア／ソフトウェア／ネットワーク関連の高度なトラブルシューティング
バックアップ、エンドポイントセキュリティ、ドキュメント整備、標準化
ソフトウェアライセンス管理、更新、コスト最適化
ERP、HRIS、プロジェクト管理ツール、eコマースシステム等の導入・設計・運用
ベンダー選定、要件定義、システム設定、テスト、展開、ユーザー研修
業務成長に合わせた新システムの検討と最適化
ITポリシー・コントロールの整備（J-SOX、GDPR、SOC2など）
アクセス管理、資産管理、監査対応、BCP（事業継続計画）の策定
新規SaaS導入時のセキュリティレビュー
グローバルIT部門（日本本社など）との連携と定期報告
不正配信対策・コンテンツ保護のための外部ベンダーとの協業
DNS、SSL、Webインフラ、ドメイン運用の管理
予算管理、購買、ベンダー契約管理
経営層へのITリスク・パフォーマンス・改善案のレポーティング
M&A時のIT統合作業、新オフィスの立ち上げ支援
IT・ワークプレイスオペレーション領域で5〜7年以上の経験
1年以上のチームリーダーまたは管理職経験
ERP、HRIS、プロジェクト管理ツール、eコマース等の導入・運用経験
Windows環境、MDM、SaaS、サイバーセキュリティに関する深い知識
複数拠点をまたぐIT運用のマネジメント経験
プロジェクト管理、ベンダー交渉、予算管理能力
高いコミュニケーション能力・部門横断の調整力
eコマース、デジタル配信、クリエイティブ産業でのIT運用経験
M&Aやシステム統合の経験
スタートアップ的なスピード感のある環境での業務経験
コンテンツ・アニメ・エンタメ領域への関心
