- 客室・パブリックエリアのハウスキーピング全体の品質管理
- 日々の清掃基準の維持・改善および各種インスペクション
- ハウスキーピングチーム（約9名）のリード、育成、シフト管理
- リネン・アメニティ・清掃物品の在庫管理
- 衛生・安全基準の遵守および改善提案
- 予算管理・関連するレポーティング業務
- オペレーションディレクターへのレポート
条件・待遇
- 年収：600万円程度（基本給550万円＋ボーナス約10％）
- 日勤中心、夜勤なし
- オペレーションディレクター／客室部長／ホテルマネージャーへの明確なキャリアパス
- チームを率いながらホテル全体の品質向上に貢献できる環境
- 転居サポートなし
