- 経営戦略・収益管理（予算策定、P&L管理、KPI達成に向けた施策立案・実行）
- サービス・オペレーション統括（全館の部門を横断した品質改善・顧客体験向上）
- 組織運営・人材育成（部門長・スタッフの育成、評価、組織文化づくり）
- 対外折衝（地域・オーナー・関係各所とのリレーション構築）
- グローバルブランド基準に基づく品質管理および改善活動の推進
