業務／システム要件定義担当（Senior Associate）
- グローバル金融サービス企業のコーポレートIT部門にて、法務・コンプライアンス関連システム担当・ITビジネスアナリストを募集しています。
- 日本の法令・規制要件を理解し、それを業務要件・システム要件として具体化し、実装につなげる役割です。
- 業務の約90％は日本語、グローバルITチームとの連携において、一部（約10％）英語を使用します。
業務詳細
- 法務・コンプライアンス部門との要件ヒアリングおよび整理
- 法令・規制変更に伴う業務／システム影響分析
- 業務要件定義書・基本設計書の作成
- コンプライアンス関連システムの改修・導入プロジェクト推進
- UAT支援およびリリース対応
- 課題管理および関係部署・ベンダーとの調整
※対象システム例インサイダー取引監視、AML、KYC、コミュニケーションサーベイランス等（金融庁規制対応システム）

必須要件
- ITシステム導入または改修プロジェクト経験（3年以上）
- 要件定義〜リリースまでの SDLC経験（1〜2案件以上）
- 業務要件をシステム要件に落とし込んだ実務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブまたは N1相当
- 英語：読み書き・会議対応が可能なレベル（使用頻度：約10％）
歓迎要件
- 金融業界（証券／銀行／保険／決済）でのIT経験
- 法務・コンプライアンス／規制対応システムの経験
- AML／KYC／サーベイランス関連プロジェクト経験
- SIerまたは事業会社IT部門での業務要件定義経験
