国内外のM A・投資/パートナーシップ案件の検討・実行を一気通貫で担当。所属は社長室となり、経営に最も近いポジションで、会社の将来を左右する意思決定をサポートいただきます。
【具体的業務】
・取締役会や経営会議で企業戦略/成長投資の議論への関与
・キャピタルアロケーションに基づく具体的なM A/戦略投資/パートナーシップの方針を策定
・M A/戦略投資/パートナーシップの方針 （ターゲット・金額など）に基づき、候補先をリスト化
・買収/出資先のPMIに関与しシナジー享受
・事業部と共に経営執行/経営管理の実施

Required Skills
【必須要件】
以下のいずれかの領域で2年以上の実務経験があること。
・戦略/財務コンサルティングファーム（アソシエイト/アナリスト相当）における戦略立案・新規事業立案・PMI支援等のプロジェクトにおける実務経験
・証券会社の投資銀行部門、投資銀行（アソシエイト/アナリスト相当）でのM Aアドバイザリー業務
・総合商社・エンタメ系事業会社での事業投資、事業開発の実務経験
・VC/PEファンドでの投資実務経験
・財務モデリング（バリュエーション）の知識と実践経験
【歓迎要件】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・事業開発や新規事業立ち上げの実務経験
・公認会計士 （USCPA含む） 、証券アナリスト等の専門資格
