The Role:

While working closely with executive and business leaders, you will lead initiatives end-to-end, from strategy formulation and KPI design to building analytical foundations and execution support.

Specifically, you will handle...

• Company-wide strategy and project execution, including business and departmental planning
• Organisational and KPI design, with ongoing monitoring and improvement
• Data collection, analysis, and visualisation to identify issues, form hypotheses, and drive improvements
• Management reporting and PDCA facilitation, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights

Ideal Requirements:

• Strong data analysis skills, using SQL or similar tools
• Deep understanding of business KPIs, translating data and customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Experience defining analytical data and management accounting requirements based on business structure

Nice to Haves:

• Experience building and operating BI dashboards
• Background in data analysis or DX projects, including consulting environments
• Experience in company-wide FP&A or corporate planning, supporting executive decision-making with insights
