Accountants for Global Finance Team!

The Role:

We're seeking hands-on accountants who want to take responsibility across a broad accounting scope of work. You will play a key role in month-end closing, intercompany activities, and balance sheet management while contributing to process improvements and automation. The role provides stability today, and clear opportunities to deepen your expertise and grow into a more senior role.

This is a job for those who want to go beyond basic and repetitive daily tasks:

• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing under JGAAP / US GAAP
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Manage intercompany transactions, matching, adjustments, and variance follow-up
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination
• Maintain fixed asset and lease accounting schedules
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive workflow standardisation/automation
• Communicate with global HQ, external auditors, and cross-functional teams

Ideal Requirements:

• 4 - 10 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong month-end closing, reconciliations, and intercompany exposure
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or JGAAP
• Experience in automation, ERP, or workflow improvement is a plus
• Japanese fluency (at least reading and writing for complex financial docs)
• English fluency for the global team
• Chinese is a plus since some colleagues are from China
