マネージャーとして同社アナリスト～シニアコンサルタント層のキャリアマネジメント、PJ全体及びチームの品質担保、大手顧客（本部長・部長クラス）とのリレーション構築、新規案件創出、PJ推進等を行います。
これまでのマネジメント経験を活かしていただき、将来の役員候補として事業戦略・組織づくりに深く関わっていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
■DX推進戦略、システム化計画策定、調査分析、RFP作成支援、管理ルール（進捗/品質/予算/文書）策定
■役員向け報告資料作成等、業務分析（業務可視化、課題整理、施策立案など）、IT戦略構想策定?、システム企画/構想
■プロジェクトマネジメント支援、システム導入に関わる支援
