ZenStudio's media team is steadily expanding as media-related projects and content creation requests continue to grow. To deliver exceptional content, raise our creative standards, and take on more complex projects, we’re looking for a talented professional with strong skills in video editing and motion graphics.

■Main Duties：

• Editing both long-form & short-form media
• Creating & animating custom motion graphics
• Editing promotional videos for client-based work
• Audio editing for podcasts and other high-quality videos.
• General media management & server organization.
• Understanding and creating content suitable for various social media platforms.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
• Creating motion graphics and animations as needed.

【Employment Type】
Permanent employee (full time)
*3 Month probationary period (salary same as below)

【Salary】
300,000~350,000¥Monthly (Based on previous experience and ability)

• Salary evaluation: Once a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)

【Working Hours】
Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)
*Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.
*Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months).

【Holidays & Leave】

• 5-day workweek (Saturday & Sunday off)
  *Work is required on national holidays, excluding the New Year holiday.
• New Year holiday (4 days)
• Paid leave (26 days in year 1)
  *26 days of paid leave are provided from the first year, with the number increasing annually.
   In 2024, the paid leave usage rate exceeded 80%.

【Must-Have Skills】

• Proven experience in video production/content creation in a professional setting
• Professional portfolio (including videos, photos, social media, graphics, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC score over 800 if non-native)
• Video editing skills
• Extensive knowledge of color grading and log profiles.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Davinci (or similar software)
• After Effects/Fusion Proficiency (or similar software).
• Motion graphics and animation

【Preferred Skills】

• Management experience
• Experience working in a production team workflow with knowledge of best practices
• Japanese level N3 or better
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
