サービスアパートメントの運営企業にて、営業マネジャーの募集です。
日系企業の長期滞在者・出張者向けに、居住空間とホスピタリティサービスを提供しており、日本人利用者が多い点が特徴です。居住者の生活サポートと営業活動が密接に結びついた環境で、接客・営業・運営管理のスキルを横断的に磨けるエキサイティングなポジションです。
職務内容
- 顧客企業への訪問営業、館内案内、見積書の作成および提出
- 長期・短期宿泊契約の獲得
- 契約書の作成、入居手続きおよび各種案内
- 入居者の生活サポート、クレーム対応および進捗説明
- 販売戦略の企画・実施
- 館内イベントの企画・運営、各種レポート作成
- 定期的な入居者への挨拶・コミュニケーション対応
応募要件
- インドネシアで長期勤務できる方
- 基本的なPCスキル（Word・Excel・PowerPoint）
- 営業経験があれば歓迎
- 顧客との対面コミュニケーションが得意な方
- 小規模コミュニティでの関係構築に抵抗のない方
- 日本語ネイティブレベル

基本給：IDR 24,000,000～IDR 27,000,000／月
