製造拠点のリーダーシップチームメンバーとして、人事・総務戦略の策定と推進

勤務地：群馬エリアの製造拠点（最寄り駅からのアクセス良好）
勤務時間：8:00〜16:30
必要に応じてフレックス/在宅勤務の調整可
首都圏から新幹線通勤可能（埼玉方面からの通勤実績あり）
本社HRと連携しながら、拠点組織の中心として幅広い裁量を発揮できる環境
