プラットフォーム・サービスの企画・開発・運用方針の策定（ファイル基盤、ワークフローエンジン等）
開発チームのピープルマネジメント（採用、評価、育成、組織デザイン）
ビジネス戦略に連動したチーム目標（OKR）の策定・管理
技術スタックの選定とROIに基づいたインフラコストの最適化
日・英バイリンガル環境での情報共有プロセスの設計
