企業変革プロジェクトの支援。主に大規模システムの導入支援、チェンジマネジメントを行います。大規模企業において業務手順や情報システムの標準化、組織の最適化を進め、効率よい組織の運営を図ることを目的に、プロジェクトの策定から実行までを行います。
職務内容
・業務分析（業務可視化、課題整理、AsIs-ToBeなど）
・IT戦略策定/システム企画・構想策定
・プロジェクトマネジメント/ベンダーマネジメント
・システム導入に関わる支援（要件定義、業務/運用設計など）
・ユーザー教育等の実行定着支援
